When the pandemic created supply chain issues, we, like many companies, were faced with difficult situations and decisions. But we quickly pivoted and pursued new avenues to improve the situation. We sourced components from the broker market, implemented product redesigns, and worked with alternative component suppliers. And, we built a new regional manufacturing facility in Mexico to reduce lead-times to our Americas customers and make the supply chain more resilient against potential disruptions. That 75,000 sq ft facility was built in just eight months! Having a large factory for the Americas — in the same time-zone, and with regional land, sea and air-freight transportation options across the region – allows us to more efficiently respond to our customers’ product and project needs.
