Boker’s offers an expansive line of over 32,000 non-standard washer, spacer and shim sizes that are available with no tooling charges. The range of sizes includes outside diameters of 0.080” to 5.140”, with a wide variety of inside diameters available. Special shapes and sizes up to 12” in diameter can also be manufactured, with a large range of inside diameters and thicknesses.

The company’s vast stamping capabilities are designed to satisfy standard to complex and intricate stamped component needs – covering a complete range of stamping sizes up to 12” x 12” (flat) with thicknesses from .005” to .190”, dependent on material, and draws up to 3” deep with 8” in diameter.
