Cost effective sourcing
Sourcing engineering grade materials can become costly with high MOQ’s. Capitalizing our investments and premier manufacturer partnerships we can supply a variety of materials by the lineal foot, yard, or roll, streamlining sourcing for R&D phase designs.

Polymer film tapes
We apply adhesive to a variety of polymers and thicknesses that commonly do not have adhesive, including Ultem®, Teflon® Fluoropolymers, PEEK®, Nylon®, and more. Short run laminations can be supplied in sheets, rolls, or adhesive backed parts.

Die-cut prototypes
Low minimums and little to no set up costs have enabled EV R&D to test new materials for alternative separator films, barrier films, and encloser gaskets. By utilizing a customer supplied drawing, we can replicate the tight tolerances crucial to layer stacks in EV battery designs. Die-less knife cutting has enabled us to eliminate custom tooling costs and tool manufacturing lead times, providing a quicker turnaround for low volume parts.
