ROLEC manufactures innovative enclosures and suspension arm systems for industrial electronics. The enclosures can be supplied fully customized to customer specifications.

Diecast Aluminum Enclosures
Modern and ergonomically designed diecast enclosures in a huge range of industry standard sizes. Unique round, rectangular and square styles. ROLEC designer features include recessed lids for membrane keypads, front plates or labels, clip-on lid trims which hide all of the fixing screws and integrated hinges. PCBs, terminal rails and cable glands can be easily fitted. The housings are sealed to IP 66, IP 67 and IP 69K for indoor and outdoor use. The enclosures can be mounted without opening the lid, so the electronics are protected during installation.

Plastic Enclosures
ROLEC manufactures a comprehensive range of modern and highly versatile plastic enclosures. These are manufactured in GRP, ABS, and UV-stable LURAN ASA. The enclosures are sealed to IP 65, IP 66 and IP67 and have flammability ratings up to UL 94 V-0. ROLEC designer features include recessed lids for membrane keypads and labels. Pole/mast mounts are also available for outdoor applications.

HMI Enclosures and Suspension Arms
ROLEC manufactures a range of modern HMI/display panel enclosures and suspension arm systems for machine control applications. The enclosures will accept standard displays from manufacturers such as Siemens, B&R and Beckhoff.

Designer HMI/IPC Control Enclosures For Machine Building Applications

ROLEC’s stylish and highly versatile profiPANEL command enclosures offer an economic solution for machine control equipment. They are made-to-measure up to 31.5″ x 31.5″ including cutouts for displays and buttons, and printing to individual customer specifications. These IP 65 rated housings can be mounted from the top or bottom on ROLEC’s profiPLUS 50 suspension arm system or to a wall/machine housing using the optional 180 degree pivot bracket.
