Along with design assistance Sorbothane, Inc. offers custom Die Cutting of Sorbothane® Sheet Stock and Laminating Fabrics to Sorbothane® components. Sorbothane, Inc., pushes the boundaries of material, engineering and production innovation. Which includes advanced Dual Casting of materials. This cutting-edge process combines multiple materials into a single layer or product, creating solutions that offer unmatched performance and durability.

Sorbothane® Material
Sorbothane® is a viscoelastic material that demonstrates both damping and isolating properties that are unmatched in the industry. Sorbothane® is a proprietary, viscoelastic material. In addition to being viscoelastic, Sorbothane® also has a very high damping coefficient. Sorbothane® combines shock absorption, good memory, vibration isolation, and vibration damping characteristics. While many materials exhibit one of these characteristics, Sorbothane® combines all of them in a stable material with a long fatigue life.
