The Vane Pumps in four basic frame sizes are available in single, double, triple and drive train configurations with rated pressures upto 4650 psi (320 bar) and flows ranging from 2 to 105 gpm (7.5 to 397 lpm) in Single Pump. Vane Motors in four basic frame sizes feature reversible shaft rotation with a wide choice of torque ratings and port locations. These are rated for pressures up to 3340 psi (230 bar) and speeds up to 4000 rpm.

Veljan provides a complete range of hydraulic motors suitable for high speed applications, and low speed high torque applications. Wear compensated high speed motors are capable of operating at RPM’s of up to 6000 RPM and maximum pressures of up to 320 bar without any effi ciency drop over time. The high torque variants, functioning on the orbit principle, are available with torques up to 1880 Nm in compact packages. Specialized motors with integrated valving, and customized mounting specifications and sealing arrangements are available for applications such as wheel drives and fan drives.

Veljan offers customers both components and complete turnkey hydraulic power unit systems for applications ranging from steel plants, waste incineration, renewable energy systems and defense and aerospace systems. All components are sourced from Veljan’s component’s divisions which manufacture hydraulic cylinders and motors, hydraulic gear, vane, and piston pumps in fixed and variable displacements with a variety of controls, and hydraulic valves and logic controls which allow near infinite possibilities in designing customized solutions.
